To return a product for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Gather your items: Find and print your digital packing slip and package up the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please note that you can still return or exchange a product as long as all paperwork and accessories are included, even if you have partially used the product.

Return it: Ship your package to us within 30 days of the purchase date to receive your refund or exchange.
